Heel-Toe Technique for Both Single
and Double Bass Drumming Speed

If you are looking to drastically improve your bass drum foot speed and control - you really need to learn the heel-toe technique. This method allows you to literally double the output of your foot with very little effort.

It is based on physics rather than special muscle training. This means it is much faster to develop, and less strenuous on the foot muscles. In fact, many drummers that properly learn this method can actually double their foot speed within hours of learning the very basics!

It may sound too good to be true, but just think of how a double stroke roll can improve your snare drum speed. This is very similar, but applied on the bass drum.

Now, even if you use a single bass drum pedal - you can take advantage of this method for blazing fast hand-to-feet combinations (and much more).

Ask your private drum lesson instructor about it, or check out Jared Falk's Bass Drum Secrets training video. It covers the basic method, and then goes on to show you how you can actually apply it in many beats, fills, and drum solo patterns.

Heel Toe Technique

This instructional DVD is very detailed, and is priced fairly. You could probably pay upwards of a few hundred dollars for private lessons with a teacher that may not even be able to properly teach this method. Therefore, I would definitely recommend that you check out this option for best results. You can read all the information about this DVD pack at www.BassDrumSecrets.com.
